MAKEUPS + CANCELLATIONS
SESSION I (FALL 2026)

Clinic makeups. While we make every effort to accommodate makeup requests, makeups are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Makeups may not be transferred to another person, redeemed for credit/cash, and must be used within the current session.

How it works:

Step 1
To be eligible, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance of your absence.

Step 2
Once submitted, contact the front desk to schedule your makeup(s):

Makeup limits (per clinic, per session):

  • Adult Clinics: Up to three (3) makeups
    No player substitutions. You’re welcome to send someone in your place at the clinic drop-in rate.

  • Junior Clinics:

    All programs (excluding High School Prep, Performance, Performance Max): Up to two (2) makeups
    High School Prep, Performance & Performance Max: Up to three (3) makeups

  • All withdrawal and change requests must be submitted in writing.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed classes or missed makeups or for weather-related postponements or cancellations.

  • If you withdraw, any makeups are forfeited.

  • 85% and 50% rules do not apply to medical withdrawals (doctor’s note required) or relocation of greater than 25 miles from the club.

  • Refunds and credits are calculated as of the date a doctor’s note or notice of move is received.

  • Credit card and check refunds are subject to a $25 merchant processing fee.

Private Lesson Series makeups. We’ll always do our best to accommodate makeup requests, but please note—makeups are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Makeups are non-transferable, have no cash or credit value, and must be used within the current session (they do not carry over). Each 18-week Private Lesson Series includes up to three (3) makeups. To be eligible, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance of your absence. Text us at (866) 751-2212 or email info@murrayhilltennis.com. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are not eligible for a makeup.

Cancellation policy for single lessons (i.e., nonrecurring), court rental reservations and drop-in classes (e.g., cardio tennis). No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged in full for the scheduled lesson, court time, or drop-in.
