The Net Generation Kids On Court Experience celebrates tennis programs from across the country. 24 Murray Hill players, ages 8-15, and 3 coaches will take the court 10 minutes prior to a match and participate in a demonstration using red balls, youth size racquets, and pop-up nets. With music playing and an emcee on every court, players will have the experience of a lifetime.

FAQs

What should we wear on the court?  We require everyone going on court to wear the provided Net Generation shirts. Participants must also wear white shorts or skirts (not provided). While you can wear your own hats to the grounds, we encourage you not to wear hats while on the court as we’ve seen throughout the years that the photos and videos come out nicer without hats.

Can we get extra tickets? Unfortunately not. If you need to purchase additional ground passes you can visit, https://www.usopen.org/en_US/tickets/index.html?promo=topnav

Why is the meeting time at 1:30 pm for the night session? We want to get you all on the grounds early to enjoy matches as there are not as many matches on the outer courts in the evening. The Net Gen team also has other responsibilities throughout the day and needs to get our group through security before the night session crowd is admitted. Our demo will be around 6:30pm.

What are the bag and food policy at the US Open? Please visit this site for all prohibited items: https://www.usopen.org/en_US/visit/prohibited_items.html

When will I know what court my program is on? The Net Gen team will share our court assignment on the day of our experience.

Who can participate in the on-court experience? Net Generation On Court Experiences celebrates all level players ages 8-15.

Do we need to bring racquets? No. We provide everything you need on the court, please don't bring equipment.  As a reminder, we will be using red balls, youth size racquets, and pop up nets.
